[NMCycling] recommendations for sewing bike shorts?

hey guys, does anyone know of a tailor or alteration shop that can do flat-stitching/stretch stitching on bike shorts?   

 

The task will involve relocating the chamois in the shorts - my sit bones are right on the edge of the padding so the it needs to be moved about 40mm.
