[NMCycling] CX Sunday back on

I am sorry to be indecisive but I am un-cancelling the race.  These are difficult times and it takes a lot of considering to know what to do.  I think I can do this safely if I do not race myself.  So we are back on for 11/15.  We will not be in Belen though, as the river is about a foot deeper than when we did it last month.  Plan on Sunnyslope again.  Info coming tonight. Due to recent COVID numbers I am going to put the CX series on hold for now. It makes me pretty sad to do this, I really like racing cross. If the numbers go down some we will pick it back up, I will keep you posted. So there will be no race Sunday 11/15.
