It is 4:00 p.m. and I am at the balloon fiesta Park. It is sprinkling a little. Hopefully this system will blow over and be dried out by the B race at 5:45. I will post again at 4:45, to let you know how things are looking. If we do end up racing today I'm guessing everything will run a little bit late.
