[NMCycling] Tuesday RSVP link was down, etc

Bike-racers:

The RSVP link for Tuesday was not working but I have it up now.  Please RSVP if you are coming out.  
No race on 7/6.  
7/13 will be MTB short track at Roosevelt.  
On 7/20 we will start the road crits.  There is a RSVP link for the road crits too.  Please sign up if you are coming, ideally the Sunday before so I will have an idea of field size.  Info for all of this can be found at bcdracing.com
