[NMCycling] Lost seat bag

Long shot, but I too lost something off my bike today, but in Santa Fe.  An
Irish tin whistle, probably between St. John's and downtown Santa Fe.  Most
likely on the east side of Garcia St. where those pesky speed bumps knocked
my coffee cup off my bike too.  It's chrome in color and has a green
fipple. Thanks!
