[NMCycling] Trainer for busted Foot.

Hey all. 

I busted my big toe right at the tendon and it is so painful and won’t heal because of how impossible it is to keep from moving the toe, even from  internal tension. The only thing that I haven’t tried is getting blood to the area. I gave away my trainer and was wondering if someone had a cheap one that I could borrow for a while to see if motion helps.
