[NMCycling] NM NICA Mountain Bike Youth fundraiser

For those of you who may be unaware, New Mexico kicked off its own NICA
Youth Mountain Biking League, grades 6-12, earlier this year (press release
attached). For years past, NM teams were part of the Arizona league and
traveled to AZ races.

NMICL is doing a fundraiser to raise funds for race equipment to use for
the inaugural 2022 event in October and for years to come. If you would
