[NMCycling] start time change for Bosque MTB tomorrow.

Racers,
Since we have just a few riders in the 2PM race we will start everyone together at noon.  There will still be a 15mi and 20 mi distance, plus a shorter distance for the kids.  Please pass the word on to anyone who might need to know.  
Also overall and GC results are up.
I will get these separated into age groups Sunday or maybe Monday
If you see errors or if you are missing let me know.
