[NMCycling] TNC resumes tonight

Racing resumes tonight. With the National Forests closed, it would be great
to see some of the MTB crowd come out for a little TNC action. If there's
enough interest, I will approach Balloon Fiesta Park about potentially
having a gravel/grass course for our fat-tired brethren. Details linked
