[NMCycling] ABQ cycling infrastructure planning

Ditto that! Thanks Jennifer! As someone who lives by the Rio Grande | Candelaria roundabout and rides through this regularly, I hope my request to educate north/south bound traffic that a roundabout is a ‘moving 4-way stop” – and that they do not have the right-of-way will be addressed. Traffic citations would be an effective way for drivers to learn ;-)
