[NMCycling] Tuesday MTB tomorrow

The Tuesday MTB tomorrow should be fine and is on as scheduled.  The weather models I am looking at call for it to stop raining about 11am tomorrow, and have some time to dry out through the afternoon.  The course should be dried out enough to be ok for the race.  Hubbell is usually ok unless it is actually raining.
