The New Mexico Spokettes Racing Team along with JBV Coaching is organizing
a cyclocross clinic. Please share with your friends or family who may want
to learn or refresh the basics of this fun cycling format! Everyone is
welcome!

basic cyclocross skills

1. Dismounting and remounting including 3-Points of Contact, the
Suitcase, and shouldering the bike (when and how)

2. Cornering including how to set up for a corner, proper line choice, and
pairing corners

3. Running barriers
