[NMCycling] looking for advice (not bike related)

I'm still pretty new to NM and have not yet developed a full complement of
contacts for various needs.  I was able to get some very good
recommendations for orthopedic surgeons about a year ago, so I thought I'd
try again to see if the collective group can help out.

Here's my dilemma:  I live in an HOA controlled community, as many of us
do, and my problem with the HOA is not that they're overbearing, but rather
that they won't enforce the rules.  I'm looking for recommendations for
civil attorneys who might help with getting the HOA to help with a neighbor
who, without authorization, modified the jointly owned block wall between
our properties.
