[NMCycling] Las Huesras CX

The Las Huertas CX is being held infomrally without a USFS permit. We will probably have something like 20 riders.  Legally we are just riding our bikes out on public trails/roads. The Forest Service lets us do this, as long as you are not charging entry fees, and do not have a group of more than 74 riders. At this time of day/year it is unlikely, but there may be a few hikers in the area, and we should be nice to them, as they have every much a right to be there as we do. This may interrupt your ride a bit, though not likely substantially. I think that given the scale of cyclocross in NM, it is appropriate to have this in the NMCX Cup Series. If you disagree, I could remove it from the NMC Cup series. If you do disagree, please email me at hawke at bcdracing.com
