[NMCycling] State RR championship

I was just doing a search of the USA Cycling site for info on any upcoming
sanctioned events in NM and discovered this:

I don't know if this info has been distributed to the various clubs
throughout the state.  If so, for all those like myself who are road racers
but who aren't affiliated with a USAC club, thought you might be interested
in knowing about the race.  If it hasn't been distributed to the clubs,
then I suppose the info is for everyone.
