[NMCycling] Looking for a cheap mountain bike

I have a friend that is looking to buy a cheap mountain bike.
She is trying to stay fit and lose weight as she ages.
26” drink suspension or no suspension.
She is 5ft 4 inches.
Flat pedals.
Adjustable stem would help.
