[NMCycling] Tuesday Night Crit Update

Hi everyone,

The Tuesday Night Crits will return, for real this time, on May 5th. We
should be able to race at the Balloon Fiesta Park more this year and are
also going to run a few races at Expo NM. Once we have a schedule in place
and more information, we'll send another update. As always, you can follow
