LONG SHOT:
Found a Specialized TriCross on I40 over near Santa Rosa last week.  Judging by the bottles on it, the owner does rides in NM and maybe West Texas.  Came off a rack and survived very nicely; part of rack still on bike. Trying not to share pics so we can be sure it gets back to the right person.
