Me too! It was a hassle, but they refunded me. Of course, they tried really hard to convince me to not cancel and how I would reap the benefits of remaining a member. No thank you!

So I registered my dad for DOTT via Active last month. I just got charged $70 for an Active Advantage membership that I'm pretty sure I didn't give approval for (did get charged the service fee for DOTT which had I signed up for Active Advantage service fee would be $0). Anyone else have this happen to them?
