Perhaps the data sort of seems askew, but anecdotally, Albuquerque is definitely not good.  I doesn't take much of a statistician to recognize the situation.  Rarely can one rave about the "awesome drivers" that are so abundant there.  The rides, on the other hand, are great...just not the drivers around the city...
