I think this is a good idea.

I am not a crit fan, but, if I can make a suggestion, I think it would be better to try to have them during the w-end to attract more riders from Santa Fe. We don't have a ton of races during the spring so I don't think it will affect the "regular season". Late afternoons are hard for people outside of ABQ.

NM Sports Online / Sports Reg would be interesting in helping out or running them for an early spring series if no one else is interested.

 

Run them the same way you did last summer with a casual race series for training. Non USAC, low entry fee.

 

Could do an early season March 20^th to April 24 then another team or person could take over for the summer. (weather permitting for March)

 

If anyone is already planning on doing them let me know.
