Happy Holidays Everyone! 

We will be doing our Winter Spin Class at the Trek store starting Jan. 7 to March 10, Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6-7.

We'll do a short off the bike warm-up and then a hard HIT trainer workout while watching MTB videos.

Have a spare bike and trainer? You're welcome to leave it there and set-up. Classes are in the basement and you can enter from the back.

Lee Newsom and myself will be teaching the classes.
