I have a friend in the Phoenix area that is looking for either a largish medium or a smallish large carbon hardtail frame to turn into a singlespeed race bike (he is about 5'10"), he is searching for a frame for less than $ 600. He may also be interested in a complete carbon hardtail bike if the price is right.
