I saw him crouching behind bushes near the Hispanic cultural center. He also hides near the bridge underpass there as well. He is aggressive and mumbles to himself. He once got into a scuffle with an older homeless guy who used to sleep under that bridge. He took over the terrain there as I have never seen the older guy again. I've mentioned this to police who sometimes patrol the area.
