easy to find:  tramway to San Rafael east to Blue Bonnet north to 
Morning Glory rd, signs will be up

however, no parking in cul de sac where house is located, you will need 
to find parking along the Morning glory road,  D O NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS 
OF THE RESIDENCE. PARK SO   VEHICLES CAN PASS BY,

  PARK ON ONE SIDE ONLY IF POSSIBLE, you will have to walk to house, we 
will run a cart to pickup handicapped people or those unable to walk the 
distance. cart will be limited to 4 people (includes driver) at a time.

the house has steps into it, either from front door, or thru garage, so 
if you have problems doing stairs, this may not be for you, the ground 
floor is full of things to shop for, tools and etc.  the

   house is loaded with nice things, furniture, clothing, jewelry is on 
main floor up the stairs.

you will be allowed to drive up to house to pick up large items only, 
difficult to turn around in this  drive way very narrow

the cul de sac is for turning around in only.
