[Hhsband] night rehearsals and 9/14 rehearsal at Milne 3-5

It is getting darker in the evenings and last night I stayed until the 
last student left, which was at 8pm.  I would like parents to rotating 
and start covering the PAC until the last student has left. This is true 
for rehearsals (Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays) and also after football 
games.

I'd rather not do an official thing if we don't have to, but if you can 
stay make sure other parents know its ok to leave. I usually check to 
make sure the kids have called parents and that they are on the way and 
then just hang out.  If a students will be staying too late, I usually 
just take them home.

We will need to transport students to Milne stadium on 9/14 (Thursday) 
for rehearsal there from 3-5. Tim, Shannon and I have to fly to a 
retirement party in Georgia, so I'd love to hand this off to someone to 
organize.  The list serve is very easy to use and replies would come to 
you from folks.  Let me know if you'd take this one on.  That said - 
this is the first notice.

If you can transport kids around 2:30 and then back to the school at 5, 
please reply to maryscof at scofie.net (just click the email address 
here).  I need your name and number of kids you can transport.  If you 
have not done the online APS background check for volunteers, you need 
to do so to transport kids. Here is the link :

You will also need to show us proof of insurance.   There are 68 kids to 
transport, we may have to use student drivers, but they will be need to 
be on non-restricted licenses.

We are arranging to use a Los Lunas bus to transport kids to Valencia 
band competition on 10/14.
