Thanks Melecia for getting posters and waters.  That will be great.  I agree, no sodas--the kids always want water because it is usually pretty hot.  I think 100 will do fine.

Jessica, could you bring some grapes for the kids?  Everybody loves grapes.  You could just drop them off at Jim's  in the morning. I don't think anyone would come by and pick them up.  I will be at Jim's a bit before 10:30.

Hi, either way I'll bring posters made already, Thanks Mike for being in charge of getting the supplies there to my understanding.  As for drinks I'm willing to take water bottles ( approx-100,right).  As far as sodas I rather have that another time.  Maybe fruit if someone can bring or I can bring fruit as well please someone let me know asap thanks.  If I need to stay till the end no problem .

See you all there at 10:30 or so.  Car Wash starts at 11 and runs until 2 pm. IF you can't help out, please come and get your cars washed.  There may be a reporter from the Journal there at some point (not positive) but we want to be sure that the car wash is well attended!

I do not know my Saturday morning schedule yet. I will let you know if I can not make it- otherwise I will be there early Saturday, pick up the stuff from shed, and go set up at Jim's.
And same at the end of day- if I do not have to leave early, I can take all the stuff back and get it cleaned/dried and back in the shed. If I have to leave early- then someone else will need to pack it up. I should be available in the morning, but high chance that I may have to leave early.

Let me know if we need anything else.
