[Hhsband] March-A-thon

Good afternoon everyone...Just a reminder that our annual March-A-thon is this Saturday August 27th at Bandelier school...We are in need of volunteers to help set up tear down and to prepare and serve breakfast and lunch...We will be there to set up by 730 am...Breakfast will be served at 830...After breakfast the band will group together and practice a bit...They will start marching at 930 am...We will also need volunteers to help with the kid's while they march...Volunteers to help spray the kid's with water to keep them cooled off...Also volunteers to walk beside them with buckets to collect money...Any volunteers for the march part will need to talk to Mike he will have the instructions...When the kid's are done marching and their instruments are put away we will serve them lunch...Any questions or you would like to Volunteer please contact us...Can't wait to see ya all Saturday...Thank you   Pattie Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
