Tomorrow - last day of band camp.

At noon in the band room there will be an ice cream party. Ice cream and toppings are in the freezer (use oldest up first) and refrig in the band room.   Ms G has ice cream scoops, bowls, spoons, etc. So far Kathy I and Melecia G are the primary ice cream servers. If you can stop by to help, please do.

Friday - Concert at 6 on the marching field.

Theresa C (Manny is transporting her grill), Mike G (2 grills 1 big, 1 small for veggie burgers), Frank G, Manny M and Tim S are bringing grills and are cooking.  Cooking starts at 4:30 there are just over 300 burgers to cook. Make sure to bring your own spatulas, etc. I'll have aluminum trays and foil to keep cooked burgers warm.  Grills will be on the east side of the PAC in the shade. Meat, buns, cheese and condiments are provided.

Ms G is having students bring sides. We also need someone to bring plates, bowls, utensils, napkins from the band room. We are trying to use up the stacks of supplies in the storage room there.  Yvonne Z is supplying us with garbage bags for trash.

If you have a folding tables, please bring it - we can use them for food, eating off of, signing up band boosters.   I'd still like two folks to sit and talk to parents about the boosters and signing up new parents to help. I'll bring paper, pens and a clipboard.

Dye party -  after the food and clean-up the dye party starts. Attached are Mike's rules for the dye party.

Saturday - bring signs, if you have any cleaning supplies, micro-fibre towels bring them. sunscreen, clothes that can get wet.  Car Wash is from 11-2, we'll show up around 10:30 to get set up. Students and adults to help are all welcome - its a blast.  Drying racks are great to get towels dry in the sun. Tell everyone you know to come support the band and get an awesome car wash.  Jim's automotive Washington and Zuni/Coal/Lead intersection.
