We need to have a quick discussion with pit crew parents. Go over what we are expected of and what we expect from all boosters, especially dealing with stadium personnel. There are more rules about vehicles that will be enforced this year. We got a small warning from rehearsal about parking in the bus spots, no big deal there and we can address it next time. But games at Milne- we need all vehicles to park around in the main lot, or on the dirt outside of the back gate. Even vehicles used for equipment can unload-load, but then need to move out, only band trucks can stay in the back lots. 

AND- it will all be different next week at Wilson Stadium, but we can go over that next week.

This Friday 9/22/17 is the first football game at Milne.  We will need 11 parents to help get equipment on and off the field - you get in the game free is you help. Students are transported via bus. Parents who can help report at the same time Ms G has your student report.
Percussion help needed - 2-4 for hauling speakers onto and off the field. Cymbal and stand help probably 2 people. Possibly another to help with a mallet instrument.
Possibly  2 lightweight field screens and then 1-2 people to manage the conductors stand.
On Saturday 9/23 will be the last car wash of the season. At Jim's automotive 11-2.  Spread the word.
