Hello Everyone,
Attached you will find a Group Photo Pre-Order Form from
Bellaments Photography. This form will
be used for photos ordered for Pageant of Bands on October 20, 2018.
I would like to
stress the importance of Pre-Orders.
Please PUSH, PUSH, PUSH the
importance of Pre-orders. We (POB) will
only get paid a portion from the Pre-ordered orders. It will also make things go so much smoother
on the day of the Pageant, as the schools are all trying to get their pictures
taken.
Any orders taken after October 20th WILL NOT count toward what POB
gets.
Any orders taken and paid for the day of the event at the
tables in the photography area DO INDEED
COUNT.
Orders by the POB Reps will be turned in to me at the
walk-thru on October 17th.
All Directors will be given a complimentary Formal
Photograph.
