[Lwvcnmtopics] Volunteer for the Voter Guide

It is time to begin work on the Voter Guide for the November election. Our
first task is to come up with questions for state and federal candidates. We
are looking for volunteers to join a committee to craft questions for the
races for 

 

1.	U.S. Senate
2.	U.S. House of Representatives, District 1
3.	NM Supreme Court, Position 1
4.	NM Supreme Court, Position 2
5.	NM Court of Appeals, Position 1
6.	NM Court of Appeals, Position 2
7.	NM Public Regulation Commission District 1
8.	NM Public Education Commission, Districts, 4 and 8

 

This committee will also put together questions for the NM Legislative
candidates, and for county races in Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance and
Valencia counties. If you are interested in joining the committee, please
contact Karen Wentworth. This will require 3 -4 hours of work, probably via
zoom, over the next couple of weeks.  If you don't want to join the
committee, but have a specific question for the candidates you want us to
