As I trust you all know, Avangrid, a diversified utility, is planning to 
acquire PNM Resources, the parent company of PNM, by year end 2021.  
Earlier this month, Avangrid had an Investors Day program.

My takeaway:

The company is committed to clean energy which includes moving to 
electric powered vehicles and charging stations.

Both coal and nuclear will be eliminated from their portfolio of 
electric generating sources. Renewable energy will include "Green" Hydrogen.

H2 for decarbonizing transportation, such as heavyduty transportation, 
marine transport, or aviation.

The company is a Good Neighbor and does work with local not for profits
