I am having trouble figuring out how to send a topics message. 

I entered the address that you used for the general meeting into the address field, but I don't believe that it went through. 

Please advise.

 

Secondly, I did the numbers, and I would suggest that we send 6000 guides to the Bernalillo Cty clerk. That should give us enough of a stash in the office.

Thank you for the update. 

Crazy doesn't quite capture it all!  

We will take it one day at a time. Perhaps I needn't be concerned about delivery issues on Monday. 

I plan to send a topics email out to folks letting them know that we will be needing distribution volunteers next week.  Even if AE got it together and delivered on Friday, we could not organize a volunteer pick up until next week.

We may need to check. AES called today and their main printing press has broken. They are reformatting the guide to a slightly smaller size. I am not sure what this is going to do their printing schedule. I’ll check on Thursday and get back to you. This crazy year just doesn’t get any easier. Thanks for what you are doing.

Here is the updated list for AE. Sandoval County Clerk will take a small number this year as a trial. We will have a volunteer deliver them from the batch that goes to Laura Stokes.

Please let me know if you have any questions. 

 

In the event that we push into next week for the AE delivery, do we need to check with these locations about whether they will be open on the holiday (10/12)?

I don’t have a definitive time for you. The best I can get from the printers is late this week or early next week. My best guess is Friday, but I may be wrong.

 

If you have changes I can send them to the printers. We are going to print 25,000. We will send somewhere between 5 and 7 thousand to Bernalillo county, depending on your numbers. If you need to make changes in the drop off lists, do it now.

Good job with the meeting on Saturday! I was very glad to see that some of the new members engaged in the discussions. 

 

I made one change on the AE distribution list - increased the quantity to be delivered to Laura Stokes house in Corrales to 1875.  I am going to try to reach the Sandoval Cty clerk tomorrow, so I might have an additional change.  Would it be too late to make the changes tomorrow? I can send the updated document now or later. 

 

How soon will we have a definitive date for the print guide?  I would like to give the delivery volunteers a heads up.
