Who Will Fill the Seat for HD 19?

Meet the Candidates Now Standing

Approximately 30,000 citizens reside in HD 19 – and a good many want to know who is in the running to become their new Representative in the NM legislature. Good news: to satisfy the interest of HD 19 dwellers and others, countywide, the Democratic Party of Bernalillo County is co-sponsoring an online forum of current candidates with the DPNM Veterans and Military Families Caucus, and the Transgender Resource Center of New Mexico.

"NM HD 19 is on its way to getting a new representative! Ten people have applied, and one will be appointed by the Bernalillo County Board of Commissioners at a special meeting on August 24.
