[Lwvcnmtopics] COP26 in Glasgow in November

The international climate change conference (COP26) will be held in
Glasgow,  Scotland in November.

The LWVUS will be sending a few members to observe the proceedings and
report back.

A scholarship is available for a BiPOC member under 35 years old to attend,
covering some of the expenses.
