Hi everyone,
If you haven't seen this: NM State Ethics Commission is looking for people
*outside* of the 2 major political parties to serve on its new Citizen
Redistricting Committee. The 2021 redistricting will create maps that NM
will use in elections for the next 10 years, as informed by new census
data. The goal is to help end gerrymandering, as the committee will propose
plans of new districts for NM's delegation to the U.S. House of
Representatives, the NM House of Representatives, the NM Senate and other
state offices. Please share with those outside of the two major parties to
help create a fair redistricting process in NM.
Apply by May 21st
