VOTER GUIDE DISTRIBUTION LAUNCH
Tuesday, OCTOBER 12 from10:30AM-3PM  at  Sandie Spacek's home3000 Delano Place NE(see directions below)
We are excited to announce that the Print Voter Guides for Bernalillo County will be ready for distribution into the community beginning tomorrow! The team has assembled candidate information for the upcoming local and municipal elections (including mayor, city council, school boards, soil and water conservation boards), bonds and ballot inititatives. 

We still need a few more drivers to PICK UP AND DELIVER TO OUR LOCAL LOCATIONS! 
We will have tables set up outside with the signs and delivery instructions. All locations have already been verified (thanks to our volunteers who called this summer), so the guides are expected and welcomed. The bundles have a band which binds them together, so they are easy to handle. Bring a pair of scissors in case you need to break open a bundle.  You will be given slips with all the information you need, (directions, contact name, phone number). Pick up your bundles and your “Voter Guides Here” signs, and off you go. Teams of two can make it easier (one to drive & one to deliver), but not necessary; so grab a friend and spend a few hours helping distribute the best unbiased voter education tool available for the 2021 election.  PLEASE help us get these out.  We need many hands on deck for this effort. Even if you can only do a few stops, that would be great.
Tell all your friends and neighbors. In fact, you can take them for your friends, family and neighbors.

If you are not available tomorrow, please let me know if you might be able to assist later this week in the event that we need more help getting guides out. Sandie will keep them in her garage until Wednesday. 

After Wednesday, the guides will be available in the office  at 6739 Academy NE Suite 124 until we run out.  Please call ahead (505-884-8441) since the hours that someone is present in the office currently vary. Our website https://www.lwvcnm.org/ also has the entire Voter Guide online. That National LWV site VOTE411.org (https://www.vote411.org/)  has the information which is searchable by address. For those of you you have already volunteered, I thank you in advance for pitching in!  We look forward to seeing you all!
