[Lwvcnmtopics] Change in Reports

I was in touch with Karen Wentworth recently and she suggested I write 
articles for "The Voter" so I will get to all of the members, LWV CNM.

Next month I will write an article on NM Public Regulation Commission 
for the December edition.

I expect the PRC Hearing Examiner to issue his report in a few weeks, 
which will probably be covered in the ABQ Journal.  Then the NM PRC will 
take up the matter.

If any of you wish, you may speak at that meeting for up to three 
minutes. I will share how that is done, but you must reserve your spot 
at least 24 hours in advance.  You may speak via Zoom or Telephone.
