This is the most comprehensive response to the PED document.  The document was extremely confusing.  I do appreciate your response and work.  I also see PED’s goals as lofty with no $ to implement them.  We are looking at a patchwork of funding sources with different qualifications to get the funding.  Many of these goals are left to individual school principals.  How can we get every principal and stakeholders on the same page and go forward with a cohesive, shared plan?   Is the Teacher’s Union up for major change, or will it be a stumbling block?   Just my thoughts.
