I got an email this morning, apparently from Meg Wente at handmwente67@*msn.com
<http://msn.com>*, which asked me for a "favor." When I replied, the
"favor" was to buy some Amazon gift cards "for her niece". This is clearly
a scam, and upon closer examination, I saw that the "reply to" email was
handmwente67@*hotmail.com <http://hotmail.com>* -- not the same account at
all.

Meg has said that Microsoft (msn.com) notified her of the breach, that it's
from Nigeria, and she and the La Vida Llena staff are working to clear up
the problem. Meanwhile, beware of any messages purporting to come from
"Meg."

Don't buy any Amazon gift cards" for this person ... clearly, some kind of
"Nigerian prince"!
