*DID YOU KNOW?*
*Are you interested in being a LWVCNM delegate to the LWV National
Convention?*
The LWV National Convention is in Columbus, Ohio from June 25 - 28. LWVCNM
has 4 delegate slots. You can attend all of the sessions, business
meetings, and work groups in person or you could virtually attend the
business meetings. LWVCNM will pay for your registration, however you would
pay for all other expenses. Convention is a great way to learn and be more
involved in the League. Please mail president at lwvcnm.org if you are
interested in being a delegate.
*The League supports Ranked Choice Voting, RCV*, as a way to expand voter
choice, promote majority-supported outcomes, and strengthen confidence in
our elections. Councilors Fiebelkorn, Telles, and Rogers are supporting
RCV. At the Albuquerque City Council meeting on April 6th there will be a
final vote. Please take action in support by contacting your City
Councilor. Fair Vote has created a simple tool that makes it easy to
contact your City Councilor here
<https://fairvoteaction.quorum.us/campaign/ABQCall2026/>.
