Roadrunner Food Bank, along with the Coalition to End Hunger, is hosting a
candidate forum this Friday, September 4. Information about this forum is
below. Note that registration is required.

In this information, it's mentioned that they will have a separate forum
with candidate Gregg Hull. That did happen, with no audience, last Friday,
August 28. It was live streamed and recorded. That recording, and the one
for tomorrow, will be posted on the Roadrunner Food Bank YouTube channel.

 Here is the information:

We would like to invite you to join us at Roadrunner Food Bank (5840 Office
Blvd NE, Albuquerque) on Friday, September 4th, 6pm-8pm for a Food Security
Forum: A Conversation with Deb Haaland.

There are limited seats available. To save your seat, register today at:
https://give.rrfb.org/event/food-security-forum/e827254

Please Note: While our intention was to have both candidates attend on
Sept. 4, Mayor Hull has had to cancel his involvement that evening due to
unforeseen scheduling conflicts. However, we will be filming his segment
of the Food Security Forum.

The event will be livestreamed, and both segments will be posted online.

About the Forum

A Nonpartisan Conversation on Food Security in New Mexico

On Friday, September 4, 2026, Roadrunner Food Bank and the Coalition to End
Hunger in New Mexico will convene a nonpartisan gubernatorial forum
bringing together candidates for Governor of New Mexico to discuss food
security in the state.

The forum will provide an opportunity for candidates to engage directly on
the policies shaping New Mexico’s food systems and the communities most
impacted by food insecurity.

This event is designed to elevate public understanding of how food systems
and food security intersect with agriculture, economic opportunity, public
health, and community stability, and to ensure voters have access to
thoughtful, issue-based dialogue ahead of the 2026 election.

Seating is limited: https://give.rrfb.org/event/food-security-forum/e827254
