[Neighbors] No crime prevention and safety meeting this month

Neighbors,

I've been overtaken by events so I will not be able to host the crime 
prevention and safety meeting this month. Unless someone else wants to 
do it tomorrow night, I'm for skipping this month and reconvening May 31 
at the old time, 6:00 pm.
