Neighbors,

Our neighbor, Tom O'Connell, will be presenting some ideas on
implementing Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) in Albuquerque.
LEAD is a program to reduce repeat drug arrests by diverting offenders
to intervention rather than incarceration.
