[Neighbors] Front yard clean up

I had this man do some work for me. He's very hard working and needs the 
money, and his rates are low, too. He has a trailer and hauls away the stuff 
as well as doing a great job cleaning. He's a junk hauler as well as a yard 
cleaner, so if you have any old junk around, he'll take that, too.
