Celebrate Nob Hill's 100th Anniversary Friday at 4 p.m.

Commissioner Hart Stebbins, neighborhood leaders welcome community to join
celebration

Bernalillo County - Commissioner Maggie Hart Stebbins and the Nob Hill
community will celebrate the 100th anniversary of Nob Hill Friday with a
ceremonial refiling of the first plat map that laid out the development a
century ago.

Neighborhood leaders, Commissioner Hart Stebbins, descendants of Nob Hill
founder D.K.B. Sellers and the community will refile the first Nob Hill plat
map at 4 p.m. Friday in the Bernalillo County Clerk's Office, 1 Civic Plaza
NW, on the 6th Floor. Col. D.K.B. Sellers, pictured below, filed the first
plat map on Feb. 7, 1916.

This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.  

"I'm pleased to welcome the entire community to celebrate the 100 year
anniversary of Nob Hill, a vibrant and thriving destination with strong
community roots in the heart of Bernalillo County," District 3 Commissioner
Maggie Hart Stebbins says. "Thanks to the Nob Hill Neighborhood Association
and our Nob Hill Main Street Association for all of the hard work they've
done to highlight this historic occasion and promote our Nob Hill
neighborhoods and small businesses."
