Another viable option is to have music in the park. At one of the other Nob Hill meetings, someone suggested that HHS & AHS bands partner with the City and offer concerts in the park. The City would pay the bands and this would also serve as a fundraiser for their respective programs.
I would prefer looking at these types of options as opposed to a dog bark in a very small area with residences so close.

Hello Neighbors,As many of you already know, Morningside Park in Upper NobHill has on-going issues with unwanted activity in the park on a daily basis. At our public safety meeting in January, severalnearby residents once again spoke up about illegal drug activity,public intoxication, and overnight “camping” in this park. One suggestion to change the “culture of use” for the park wouldbe to include a fenced “dog park” area. I would like to get feedback from theneighborhood as to whether or not you feel this is a viable option for thisparticular park. Thank you, Susan Michie
