[Neighbors] Neighbors_nobhill-nm Digest, Vol 53, Issue 1

As a frequent public transportation rider, I was on the 66 last weekend and
it was so overcrowded the bus driver had to skip bus stops making the
people on the street wait even longer. I think some who oppose ART never
take public transportation and fail to realize how broken the current
system is.
