[Neighbors] ART public meeting

Whether you are for or against the ART project, there will be one grand finale of a public meeting next Tuesday evening, March 8th at theConvention Center, from 6 -8.  The formatwill be  like a  City Council meeting, with people getting 2minutes to speak, either for or against or to ask a question.
